Prelate. — It is the Hour when the Sacred WORD is
found ! when the Cubic Stone is changed into the Mystic
Rose ! when the Blazing Star has reappeared in all its
splendour ! when our Altars have been renewed ! the Light
restored to our eyes ! the clouds of darkness dissipated !
and when the New Commandment is given "To love one
another."
