IV. Against his honour. God will so show his love

to the sinner, as withal to show his hatred to sin; therefore he that names the name of Jesus must depart from iniquity. And he that hath hope of life by Christ, must purify himself ashe is pure. The Lord Jesus would have all the world to know, that though he pardons sin, he will not protect it.
