(§ 58. ) In these cases the report will be mode to the Grand Lodge, and the minutes, with the report an- nexed, filed in the office of the Grand Secretary, and notice given to the parties by the commissioners. Their report, in such cases, need not conclude with resolutions, but with an award of judg- ment in the nature of both a verdict and sentence. It may be in this form, in place of the recommendation of resolutions :
