For if by one man's offence death reigned by one ; much more they which receive abundance of grace, and of the gift of righteous- ness, shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ. Vjr. 1,8. Therefore, as by
the offence of one, judgment came upon ail men to condemnation ; eveu so, by the righteousness of one, the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. Ver. 19. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners ; so by the obe- dience of one shall many be made righteous. And 1 Cor. xv. 21. For since- by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. Ver, 22. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. * Ver. 45. And so it is written. The first man Adam was made a living soul, the last Adatn was made a quickening spirit. * V. 49. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
