Ver. 7. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. Mark xi. 24. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Matth. vi. 12. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, Ver. 14. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. Ver. 15. But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your tres- passes. Col. iv. 2. Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Eph. vi. 18. Praying always with all prayer and suppli- cation in the Spirit, and watching ^thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
