II. fi Luke xvi. 29. Abraham saith

unto him, They have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them. Ver. 31. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be per- suaded though one rose from the upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner-stone. Rev. Xxii. 18. For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the pro- phecy of this book, If any man shall add vmto these thmgs, God shall add unto him the pla?>ues that are written in this book. Ver. 1 9. And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy
city, and from the things which are written in this book. 2 Tim. iii. 16, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doc. trine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
