Eeport of the proceedings of the Provincial Grand Lodge, appointed to examine into the several charges sent before them, by command of the E.W.P.G. Master, at the adjourned meeting on the 25th July, 1823.
Resolved Unanimously, — That the whole of the charges preferred against the Members of the Cinque Port Lodge, (now York. Lodge) No. 587, have been most clearly and satisfactorily proved, and we most respectfully beg to inform your Grace, that the whole of the proceedings of the above Lodge, from the first of December, 1822, up to the present period, were grossly illegal and unconstitutional, and greatly subversive of all the established regulations of the craft.
