IV. The last piece in the collection is the “ Scholas-
terium Christianum.” It relates to time, place, eternity ; the age of the world is six thousand years ; the infinity of the heavens — our true fatherland — “ nullum corpus sine loco, sicut. nullus locus sine corpore ; sic nullum est vacuum in rerum Natura.” The nature of Christ’s body, of those of angels, that perfect happiness does not relate to what is without us, “ sed solum in Deo, in te ipso et non extra te.” This little work is divided into ten short chapters.
