That it is of little consequence whether or no the
Prioress likes us.

1. We should be indiffevenl to the partiality of superiors. 2. Human favours
incompatible with divine consolations. 3. 1 low to become recollected. 4. We
must realise God's presence. 5. How recollection aids our vocal prayers.
6. Perseverance needed to acquire it.
