IV. No archbishops, bishops, or [other ecclesiastical] persons [persons] of the kingdom are

allowed to depart the same without license of the lord king, and if they should have permission of the lord king to go abroad, tliey shall give security that neitlier in going, staying, or returning, they will procure any evil or damage to the lord king or the kingdom. (Condemned.)
