XXII. Item, they hold against the Latin men for celebrating without the

consecrated church, either in the house or in the field, and for fasting on the Sabbath-day ; also for permitting menstruous women to enter into the church before their purifying ; and for sufiering dogs and other beasts to enter into the church.
