X. Item, that all such prisoners, as have been taken during this war, shall

be released out of prison, and sent home upon their faith and oath to return, unless it so happen that they were ransomed before the date of this present truce : And if any shall refuse so to do, that then the lord under whom he is, shall constrain him to return again to prison.
