I. That the said provincial, or his friars, should inquire about all usurers

actually living, and of all such men's evil-gotten goods gained " per usuriaui pravitatem " sliould make attachment, for the use and preparation for this war against the Greeks ; excommunicating all them by district^ censures of the church, who repugned against it.
