From what lias already been said in the preced- ing chapter concerning the organization of Lodges, it is evident that there are in the Masonic system two kinds of Lodges, each organized in a different way, and each possessing different rights and pre- rogatives. The Lodge working under a dispensa- tion, and the Lodge working under a warrant of constitution, differ so widely in their character, that each will require a distinct section for the con- sideration of its peculiar attributes.
