Fellow-Craft, or Apprentice, to speak, directing his discourse to his Worship ; or to make any motion for the good of the Fraternity, which shall be either immediately considered and finished, or else referred to the consideration of the Grand Lodge at their next communication, stated or occasional. When that is over,
