Having, in tlie pre :eding Books, considered the Masonic organization in all its different aspects, as presented in the Candidate, the Mason, the Lodge and the Grand Lodge, it only remains that I should proceed to investigate the nature of the offences that may be committed against the institution, the punishments which should be inflicted for the correction of these offences, and the manner in which these punicliments are to be adjudged and executed.
