The treatise on Natural and Supernatural Things was the first of this author's
writings to appear in print ; it was published in German by Johann
Tholde at Eisleben in 1603.

Notwithstanding the many works ascribed to this famous German alchemist, doubts are expressed as to his existence. The first edition of the col- lection by Petraeus was published at Hamburg in 1717. The earliest Latin collected works bear date 1700, also at Hamburg. For numerous German editions consult Schmieder's Geschichte der Alchemic.
